2. Description of Service
Breve provides AI-powered briefings and explanations on various topics. The service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any generated content.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Breve for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful code, or to attempt to interfere with the proper working of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Refunds
Each payment provides a one-month license. We do not offer subscriptions or automatic renewals. Payments are non-refundable once the license is activated, except in special cases or failed transactions where payment is deducted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
